Salisbury, NC-based soft drink maker Cheerwine and Concord, NC-based rock band The Avett Brothers recently teamed up for the “Legendary Giveback,” a charitable initiative that kicked off this past October. By harnessing two of the best things to ever come out of this part of North Carolina, this band-brand duo recently packed the house at nTelos Wireless Pavillion in Charlottesville, VA, to raise awareness and donations for such charities as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Operation Homefront and the University of Virginia Children’s Hospital.
