Hanging with Paul Cullen, Jess Altieri, and restaurant hipster Billy Dec at one of his hot spot Chicago restaurants, Rockit Bar & Grill.
Paul’s wines (Unplugged & Uncorked) took center stage as bartenders poured samples of his white, rose and red wines from California. He also jumped on stage to perform a short set of his latest tunes, which “pair well” with his unique blends from Amador County, just east of Lodi.
