The results were overwhelming, as staffers registered thousands of visitors for the WW mailing list and used a prize-wheel to drive traffic to stores throughout the Carolinas.[/toggle][/one_half][one_half last]Mark Zenow With Jeff Foxworthy[toggle title=’You might be a redneck, if…’ close=’true’]March: Along with his blue-collar comedy empire and a growing TV game-show portfolio, Jeff Foxworthy launched a new line of food products that bear his name: Jeff Foxworthy Grit Chips. The salty-snack brand is raising its profile through sports and entertainment properties, including title sponsorship of the spring NASCAR race at Bristol Motor Speedway.[/toggle][/one_half]

[one_half]Jessica Drake records for Velux[toggle title=’Cord creates custom song for Velux’ close=’true’]February: Cord worked with Wray Ward advertising agency to create a custom track for a popular online marketing campaign. Cord called in recording artist Jessica Drake and producer Jimm Mosher who listened listen to the goals of the client, then the duo delivered a unique song which cast a new light on VELUX Skylights, and offered online viewers a free download to keep the brand front of mind.[/toggle][/one_half][one_half last]Martin Truex Jr Foundation Fundraiser[toggle title=’Cord supports Martin Truex Jr.’ close=’true’]May: When NASCAR driver Martin Truex Jr. wanted to take his annual fashion show fundraiser to the next level, his foundation director Sandy Plemmons called on Cord. In less than 24 hours, we helped turn the Michael Waltrip Racing facility into a fashion statement of its own. With state-of-the-art lights, cameras and audio, the runway models never looked better.[/toggle][/one_half]

[one_half]National Restaurant Association Convention[toggle title=’Tony the Tiger takes center stage’ close=’true’]May: Before Sheryl Crow entertained executives attending the annual National Restaurant Association convention in Chicago, the Kellogg Company grabbed the spotlight as a major sponsor of our longest-running corporate concert event.[/toggle][/one_half][one_half last]Rocking the Dot Foods Show[toggle title=’STYX rocks DOT Food Show’ close=’true’]June: DOT Foods uses entertainment to reward customers – and creates urgency for early bird registration with an opportunity to meet the band. For three years Cord Management has consulted with DOT Foods on entertainment options and venue selection, then managed the private concert that is attended by more than 1,200 food industry executives.[/toggle][/one_half]

[one_half]Huey Lewis In Las Vegas[toggle title=’Huey Lewis and the News from Vegas’ close=’true’]July: Why does Huey Lewis look so happy? Perhaps because 1,100 people just sang along with one of his songs. Or maybe because planning for this concert went smooth and he is totally synced with his bandmates. Or it could be that he sees a Cord Management rep and event sponsor standing in the wings with smiles on their faces, and he knows his music has helped make the annual SuperZoo Convention a little more memorable.[/toggle][/one_half] [one_half last]The Colt Ford Celebrity Golf Challenge[toggle title=’No Doubt, that swing rocks!’ close=’true’]September: The drummer for rock band No Doubt, Adrian Young, sports a festive look at the Colt Ford and Friends Celebrity Golf Challenge just outside Atlanta. The 2nd-year event raised $25,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The 2014 golf and concert event will take place September 14 and 15. [one_half]Sunbrella Donates To Victory Junction[toggle title=’Sunbrella supports Victory Junction’ close=’true’]September: Cord Management worked with Sunbrella to replace poolside umbrellas and retractable awnings at Victory Junction, a non-profit camping facility that serves children with chronic medical conditions. The donation saved Victory Junction thousands of dollars, and will provide valuable shade for campers whose conditions make them sensitive to sunlight. The partnership also provides Sunbrella with a real-world photo opp location to showcase its product line, which the company will incorporate into 2014 marketing campaigns.[/toggle][/one_half][one_half last]Craft Beers for Bands[toggle title=’Craft beers for cool bands’ close=’true’]November: Cord Management marries bands and brands, and 2013 saw the launch of two new beers. Along with Rock Brothers Brewing and Cigar City Brewery, JJ Grey created Nare Sugar Brown Ale and Have Gun Will Travel created High Road Ale. More band-branded beers are on tap for 2014.[/toggle][/one_half]
